Tori Baker 

Biography

Tori Baker was born on the 6th of September 1994 in Tamworth, England. When Tori was 2 her and her family moved to Sydney, Australia. She was never popular at school and was always bullied. She was always picked on for her appearance, she never had anyone to stick up for her, she never had any siblings to be by her side and help her through it. Her parents divorced when Tori turned 12, this made school even harder for her. Her dad moved back to England so Tori never got to see him, by all this happening she went through depression.

 

To help Tori get through her depression, her aunty suggested a class to express her feelings. The only class available was drama, she took the offer. Her first class was really intense for her, she realised that she had to perform in front of other people, she couldn’t do it! She started freaking out thing people were going to judge her and make fun of her, but her teacher made her get up and perform something. Frightened that people would judge her, she got up and performed a part from high school musical. This is when her drama teacher discovered that Tori had an amazing voice and great acting skills. By all this happening thanks to her aunty, Tori over came her fear of performing.

 

By year 10 Tori has over came her depression and only has a mild case, but still attends therapy sessions. By the time year 12 came Tori left school and started performing in musicals, Tori started in a musical hair spray and in the audience was a big time producer Max Martin was in the crowd and noticed her amazing talent. After the show he went backstage and asked if she would like to be signed, in amazement she accepted the offer. And just by a little advice from her aunty 10 years ago, she is now an amazing singer and actor.

Hi everyone, I have been getting alot of messages lately about friend and relationship problems and asking for advice. Well the advice I want to give everyone is to stay to yourself and if people don't like the true you, i think you need to end the friendship or relationship. If they don't like the real you, they don't deserve your time, you shouldn't be the one wasting all your energy on them if its just going to be a waste of time. (i posted a picture below of Tori and Cody Simpson when they were dating)

 

Hey everyone, people have been asking me how I started my career and how hard it actually was. Well when I started i thought i was only going to be one of the "15 minutes of fame people." But as my career carried on I got bigger and bigger, I was so shocked, I would of thought that I never got so big (famous). At times I love it and it's so fun but then at other times it gets really hard and frustraing. So just remember if it your true passion to become a singer or actor, just remember it isn't easy and is alot of work. You should always have a back up plan just incase anything happens, you will never know what's around the corner.

 

Hey guys, just letting you all know that the Nike factory sent me some new Air Maxes. They are amazing shoes and super comfy to wear, these shoes are always in style and everyone loves them. Where ever i wear them people look at them, they catch everyones attention. (They look so good, you can see them in the picture below.)
